Frau K is averaging 5730 PPY (Posts Per Year).

Jim is averaging 11,300 PPY. She's gonna have to work a lot harder to even keep up, much less actually catch him.

I, on the other hand, am averaging 2570 PPY. She should catch me in about ten years.

I stand corrected.

You're lucky though, I'll have lost my lead by the end of the month.

I wonder if either of us will still be around to witness this earth shattering event?

As long as it doesn't happen during a Matlock marathon, I think you'll be okay.

If we're not, I reckon it'll happen a lot sooner.

But I'm a wiz at asking for help, i.e. the calculator who lives on my desk.

The calculator only does the math. The person pushing the buttons still has to know which math to make it do. I'm just' sayin'.

I've read that the true definition of an expert is the one who knows where to look it up.

My basic math skills are good enough, and I understand some of the concepts, but anything advanced, i.e. trigonometry, leaves me quietly sobbing.

Oddly enough trig and analytic geometry was where math really got interesting for me. That and the algebra I had right before that.

And don't even get me started on calculus. I loved it.

Of course now I open the textbook and it all looks like heiroglyphics left behind by some cruel and vindictive alien race.

And known now primarly as the favorite show of Grandpa Simpson and many of Springfield's other old people.

On the FOX animated sitcom THE SIMPSONS, Grampa Abe Simpson (a retired cranberry silo night watchman), loves Matlock. Why? because "He puts young people behind bars (where they belong)" Grampa once said. "I'm an old man. I hate everything but 'Matlock'. Oooh! It's on now."

Yeah, in America it's the 'old person' TV drama. It plays at 4 pm here, which is close enough to bed time for a good portion of it's audience.
