Problems to play SH 2!! Help!!!

I have SH 2, Patch 1.1, Projekt Messerwetzer V 1.03, but it loves doesn't turn, I use configuration video 1024 x 36, I have plate ATI RADEON 9250 IF 128 MB and of the that error message:

This error is typichal of a bad/corrupt installation of the 1024x768 mod. Try if the game works in 800x600 mode. If it does, then you can be sure the problem is a missing file of the 1024x768 res pack.
