Something new to add. Voyager Compression Rifle early type from a resin kit.

Something new to add. This is the early 2360 style Medkit used for some TV show I won't name.

It is created from raw vacuformed Styrene shells pulled from bucks created in Fusion 360 by other parties. The rest of the 3D print parts were designed by me also using Fusion 360 and the model that the bucks were formed from.

The electronics and graphics were all my creation using off the shelf circuits available from Adafruit and using Adobe Illustrator.

Thank you, these were a huge job to sort out.

I use Arduino code to drive an 8x8 matrix driver board for the sequencing LEDs. That allows you to control up to 64 LEDs which don't have to be physically lined up in the matrix as long as they are wired up as columns and rows.

The animation is about forty or so frames long and then repeats. Essentially you make one Illustrator image that gets modified for the next frame etc. until you have enough for the animation. Those get exported into Photoshop which allows them to be sequenced into a timeline video that can be converted to mp4, or GIF, for that matter.

That's so many levels above what I could do, very impressive. So these props you made are based on Star Trek items?

is there also a recorded message that states emphatically: "He's dead Jim"?
