Is it just me...?
Or is the news about the SubSim meet kinda thin.
They went over there with cameras, computers and special cellphones. I thought there would be alot more pics and posting. Another thought is with all the Euro members posting here that we haven't had any surprise members dropping in on them. While haveing a schedule our guys will still have some free time. Seemed like there was more constant action when it was held in Texas. Well anyways, I know their haveing a good time and hope they share more with us homebodys. |

Give them some time. After all, they are there having fun and do stuff, not sitting infront of an computer and updating us everytime someone goes take a piss.

They are in the country of Carlsberg beer which puts down all activity to a low and slow level

I would have thought it was obvious.
They're too busy playing advanced copies of SH5. The pictures of U-995 were just pics of them photoshopped into SH5 screenshots. (That, and they're busy tasting the soup) |

We spend most of the time doing the meet and all the fun part.
Then we can show photos later... I'll see if I can make some index photos of my pics. I want to edit them first before publishing them. But my battery is emptied completely after having made more than 500 photos during the first two days.... wednesday we went off from Cph at 8.20 I think, spent much time on the roads and a lot in Laboe, then I droped off much of the gang at the Cabinn hotel sometime after midnight, went off with the van to put fuel on it, and I did not get to bed before 1.20 thursday at 6.20 my alarm woke me up, and we have walked around and done some usual sightseeings plus we went to see the former navy submarine, Sælen, and the "something" ship, Sehested... You're going to love the pic we made from a postcard of it. The camouflage in front of clifts was perfect. And then we went to dinner and coffee shop afterwards. The gang was escorded to the hotel, and I tried to get back to my brothers apartment with the train. And now, I'm here giving a small report... 0.34 - Carotio goes off the air...

I have been working on our patrol reports already guys but like McBeck said we have been out all day and I personally haven't had much fuel left upon returning to port. For those of you who have read one or two of my SHIII reports know that they can be a bit lengthy so you can imagine how juicy stories of the Subsim meet will get.
Tonight, as soon as I'm back at the hotel, I'll finish up the reports on the first three days and you'll all wish you had come here as well. Promise.
