Default Getting rid of NYGM exhaust smoke

Don't care for this myself; if I had an engineer/engine room crew that allowed diesels to be so poorly tuned and smoke as much as the mod does they'd be thrown overboard. Let alone the frame hit via binocular view.
I've tried deleting the files involved but every time upon game reload, they're back !?!
Ideas anyone ?

If you dont care, why you need ideas then?
You can change the colors of the Diesel-smoke as you like.
I have not registered any frame-change in Binocular-view.
My crystal-ball has shown you deleting tex/TGAs. Then the exhaust smoke is comming out of the *val-files.

Greetings.

"Don't care" = don't care for the exhaust graphics. Rather not have them, i.e. It's not the color as much as the volume; poorly tuned diesels, that.
Thanks for the .val file tip !
