Torpedos in my actual Feindfahrt run in a wrong depth !

Hello,I'm new at this forum and I never asked anything online.So I hope to do everything in an conformed way.
My problem: After installing LSH3 Edition 2015 and some mods, at the 5th Feindfahrt my torpedos run much to deep ( maybe 10-15m ) and I have no idea of reasons. Maybe it's because of heavy weather,high waves or because of the location(Caribik).Or is it because I took a look into the 'Commander' after saving the game.
By the way in the 'Komandantenlehrgang' it works well.
I hope of answers,thanks

It can be effect of h.sie Torpedo Failure Fix. Read LSH3-2015_Patch_HSIE-V16B1_EN manual.
