Default [Rel] Open the Conning Tower Hatch

[Rel] Open the Conning Tower Hatch V 1.0 date 02/06/2010

open the Conning Tower Hatch type VII

Now you can impersonate the role of a true master
you can walk around the CR, RR, and now also the CT without clicking the Hatch Spots
in Interior Fore cam inside control tower end CR,RR,You can turn all gauge
bump into many objects such as periscopes, stairs to make the experience more real
end use whatever example if you enter periscope view or eny map end now you can return to the previous cam
pressing key numpad "0" and you will end before the periscope or the map that you had previously-selected

Very important for the full draft press this button key -numpad "0"to return to the previous view

full Open the hatch v 1 implements:
1) now open the Conning Tower Hatch
2) now on CR you can see steering wheel depth full animate
3) enable key numpad "0" for back to the previous cam
4) now while you move with the free cam Carry no longer pass through various objects (periscopes, stairs to climb in ct you must pass through the hole)
5) added in the CR animation rudder (with relevant buttons selectable) look at the photo for more information
6) Added shortcuts to read incoming messages and orders to, watch the attached photos
7) added to the rotation of the periscope CR, now if you rotate the periscope as 40 degrees, back in the CR (num pad by pressing "0") will find it rotated 40 degrees
8) Addition camera facing periscope in CR, which follows the rotation

INSTALL


this mod is JSGME ready
copy the contents of the folder inside the folder mod JSGME
launch JSGME and enable the mod.
Important: When not using the type VII uninstall this mod because it creates problems of cam views on other models

superb mod this game just gets better and better,is there a mod in the pipeline for the outside hatch so if you were in the control room you could look up and see the sky that would finish it of ,the same if you were outside on the bridge and looking down

Hi

I too am a great admirer of the mod my friend's DD, I used them for years and the thing that I liked more, but I wish they would also open the CT,
since no one did so I decided to try.
and the first thing I would like to thank DD for giving me the incentive to do this mod,
Skwasjer - S3D for creating this magic program without which I could not
give vent to my imagination and all those years moders who gave their time to improve SH4/SH3.
and to you that you have sustained me (I am very honored to have received 5 stars)

This mod caused me a crash to desktop off the denmark coast under time compression in 1941 "BdU deployment to norway" first mission of a new career. Im running windows 7. Any idea what might cause this, or any other info i can provide?

WARNING

You appear to be correct. It is causing a CTD when it comes into contact with any surface ships

There appears to be a conflict between some of the dat files in some of the ship models of OM and some of the dat files in the "open hatch mod".

Gave this a try, but my game froze with a green screen while trying to walk aft in the control room.
