Type XXIII and above playable?

I see this german sub in the museum i've never seen before, type XXIII or something, that came after the type XXI, and was wondering if its playable or not?

With the mod Operation Monsoon yes it certainly is in 1945 in the 11th Flotilla IIRC (As per historic availability)
