Please help me fellow captains

Hello, i have a slight problem or glitch. My CO2 gauge wont rise underwater and my CE is trying to inform me about oxygen level and it wont show, its just blank. Whats should I do to fix it?
I am running GWX 3.0, SH3commander, Realism- and gameplay-related hardcode fixes and bad weather fix.

you can see there that gauge is frozen (at 1) and CE is trying to inform me about oxygen always but it wont show up.
