Looks like HMS Victory, Lord Nelson't flagship at Trafalgar. Your picture is great, though in this case making it black & white doesn't make it more realistic, because the ship was last in service a long time before they even had photographs.

I know that that ship was 1600's or so and I know of Lord Nelson but only in loose bits. You've a good eye for things. Thinking that black and yellow might have been East India company colors though.
