After that, if they have CCleaner, have them run a scan & delete... followed by a run of the registry cleaner included with CCleaner. After running that... they'll need to select fix all issues & chose to not back it up. This should, when all that is done... have all remnants & traces of the install... wiped out, & they can then do a fresh install... if they want to do so. Hope this helps. M. M.
