Hi dcb!

you can replace it with the file from Athlonic's MCCD "More Crew Commands by Dialog" MOD http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...04&postcount=1.

Was my mistake here to include the german file . Don´t seen before (because I use the "deutschpatch") and changed for the next version.

I tried this mod, first results were no good (ctd, loading a new campaign, and also while trying tutorial).

I think problem is , I didnt install any UI mod, and the UI looked just like stock. Where is the folder mentioned for the UI? I looked but didnt find it in part 1 or part 2 archives!

Really no problem at all. Thanks for the reply and for a very well-done supermod!

"Schleichfahrt!!" has no UI included. You can use it with DrJones´ MaGui (that personally I use too) http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...43&postcount=1

or

with reaper7´s Ui-Boat http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...55&postcount=1

Unfortunately it seems not work with TDW´s "NewUI´s".

For installation, see here (Thanks to Kalleblom ): http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...26&postcount=2

Ah, ok then... I did read those instructions... (I'm one of those who always tries to RTFM!) I think this part made me think there was a subfolder with the UI mods:

Quote:
Then you have to choose an UI, the Mod is tested with MAGUi,
CSPMagui by DrJones Beta v 2.0 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...43&postcount=1
(looking for subfolder!)
Then there must be some other problem. I got CTD when starting a new career after removing all mods. I tried to start Coastal Waters and CTD'd. Then I tried the tutorial, it loaded, but as I clicked the first button to select a torpedo tube, it crashed too.

For now I went back to my old mod-soup, including TDW's UI and OHII v2. I've had problems using full OHII on my system ( I use only base plus ships, no env) so that could be a problem, I don't know. Will check again later, a super mod is so convenient, I hate mod-soups!

Moin silentotto,

i correct the "manual" in this point.

Because your ctd´s, why don´t you skip the tutorial, no matter if you play "Schleichfahrt" or other mod-compilation.

I thought you don´t have to play the tutorial when playing OHII!

Is this mod in any way compatible with the default UI from OM?

Default Advice needed.

Finally got round to installing this mod and it looks pretty good so far. It was very easy to install.

I've installed it together with Silentmichals interior mod and it seems to work ok. My GUI is the new Dr. Jones CSP magui interface.

Anyone else out there using it?

Are you using it with other mods and if so what do you recommend? What would you avoid? What are the possible conflicts?

It would be cool if we could get some mod lists so others might use this also.

Thanks guys

Salut Lesec74!

I was thinking of mod lists including 'Schleichfart' plus other mods. But thanks for the quick reply

I tried using it with the latest CSP Magui interface that includes TDW's radio messages, but I got random crashes that made it unplayable for me. On top I only used some sound mods. Actually, DrJones himself warned about compatibility issues between schleichfahrt and the radio messages addition to his latest mod:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...&postcount=806

So, I'd rather wait for things to be sorted out before firing up schleichfahrt again..

Unfortunately it seems not work with TDW´s "NewUI´s".
I have installed Schleichfahrt with TDW'S New UIs v7.2.0 and so far it seems to be working OK. Frame rate is slow, but I have a fairly marginal machine anyway (M11X with nVidia GT540M). I find the performance acceptable. Haven't spent a lot of time on it but, as they say: "OK so far."

(Man falls off ten-story building. As he falls past the fifth floor, his friends hear him call out: "OK so far!")

I like the mega-mod Schleichfahrt, but it is hard for many computers! I really would be happy if Mr. Trevally added some ships from the mtns - more traffic, nations and Shipsey in OH II!
Absence Uekel Online stop development of mega-mod Schleichfahrt!

For those of us living in countries blocked from accessing Parts 1 and 2 of the Schleichfahrt MOD on Game Front, I was wondering if someone might be able to make them available on some other download site such as, perhaps, Media Fire.

My thanks in advance.
