[REL] Periscope Tube Bug Fix

When you go up or down the stairs past the Conning Tower,
there is a graphical bug with the periscope tube.
The tube momentarily appears in front of your eyes.
This is the problem of the SteelViking interior.
Now it's fixed. Additional color fixes for the periscope tube,
oxygen tanks, helmets and sensor boxes.

The fix is only for The Wolves of Steel!

Install with anytime either in port or on patrol.
