Default Chronometer sound file

I've searched and seen this asked before but never answered...does anybody know the name of the sound file for the chronometer tick?

I've looked at everything in the Data/Sound file and there is the one that is the tick-tick-tick sounds when you've fired a torpedo, but I can't find the single tick that the chronometer makes.

I'd simply like to edit it to make it quieter.

Thanks!

look into sd.sdl in the sound folder. use S3ditor.
i've used that to lower the volume on a number of sounds.
hopefully, it is listed.

Thanks for that suggestion KM, unfortunately no luck there either. I see references to clock.wav and periscope_chrono_tick.wav, which are multiple ticks and not the single tick of the stopwatch.

Are some sounds not in the Data\Sound folder???
