re: Widescreen MaGui v3.4-SA mod issues
Hi all,
Been away for a while and now running SH3 again. I'm having an issue with this mod Widescreen MaGui v3.4-SA. When at the Pericope screen, there was a small screen at the upper right that gave current ship info like range etc.. But using this mod, I'm getting a small window with "range" and a check mark but no function. I really enjoy this mod but miss the target info. Is there a fix for this or is this the way it is supposed to work? This is a clean install, with 14B no other mods. Joe

In the tablet window, click on the image of the button, it is there alone. (or can this be done later?) Then you look for the target in the reference book by the image of the ship, when you found it, click the lowestsquare without the icon, on the side. The height of the mast in meters should appear in the tablet window, and the full name of the ship should appear to the side under the instruments. Then click on the circle in the tablet window and determine the distance to the target. |

Thank you, sir, for that info, I will try it tomorrow.
Thank you for taking time to help me. "The height of the mast in meters should appear in the tablet window, and the full name of the ship should appear to the side under the instruments. Then click on the circle in the tablet window and determine the distance to the target." I got to this point ok but nothing showed anywhere so where is the "tablet window"? I did see 1 1liner that gave the ship type and number, "Then click on the circle in the tablet window and determine the distance to the target." where? I would like to know also whether there is any way to get the screen to work with the range etc. data on it as it was before the mod was installed. Joe

The first attempt failed - he forgot to click on the bottom button in handbook. On the second attempt, he successfully determined the distance to the target. This is all the functionality of the tablet, the tablet can't do anything else. When the ROABF disk is pulled out, the tablet is completely empty. |

"When the ROABF disk is pulled out, the tablet is completely empty."
I have the ship with the box checked but I see no change to the "tablet window" I must be missing a step or 2. Now after viewing the video, I have a much better understanding of how this works. I have never seen this "tablet window" change yet. [B][COLOR="Yellow"]So, I finally figured it out .... I need to use "manual" targeting. All works Thanks again Sir.
