Hey can i use this Mod with the equa kriegsmarine tools mod and or gap - Alternative Cursors & KM Map Tools v2? And is it compatible with new Uis 7.4.2?

yes to both. Just a note: if you want to use my mod together EQuaTools, make sure to follow instructions on how to do it in the download page of Alternative Cursors & KM Map Tools

Probably not.

Look ap post #1 of this thread: the last supported version of New UIs is v 7.1.0.
IO Strategic Map and New UIs have some files in common, if as it is likely, TDW has updated them since v 7.1.0, TDW's changes need to be updated on this mod too
