Telford Scale Model World 2013 (Pic Heavy!)
It was the annual IPMS Scale Model World in Telford this weekend, took 230 odd pics so thought I'd share a smallish selection with you guys here.
It's my second time at the show and I was once again blown away by the sheer quality of the work. I mean it really is art. It's a bloody big show, we went on the Sunday, got there around 11 and had still only seen about 2 thirds of what was there by 4pm (with only a short stop for a hot roast port sandwich!), and I had no time to go bargain kit hunting either  I think maybe an overnight stay would be on the cards next year!There is plenty of photos so I think this will be the first of a number of posts. Apologies for the sizes too, I'm afraid they are a bit on the big side so it's worth zooming out a little. Enjoy!  Centurion  Bedford Fuel Bowser  I don't think I need to say what this beasty is!  STARBUG!!!  A Selection of Wingnut Wings kits in the competition area  Just look at the panelling!  Captured T34  DUKW  Burberry clad German haha  Flower Class Corvette  Superb Film Noir styled diorama  Oops!  A cutaway, lit Flower Class. The detail was just phenomenal!   RAF Rescue Launch More to come! Brace yourselves lol

 The Perfect Storm  Russian BMPs and a BMD  Bugatti/Tesla MagLev Car  L39 Albatros  Corsair  Lynx  Gannet    109  P40  Unbelievable B17 diorama, the pics don't do it justice, this thing was huge! Unfortunately all my pics of it were a bit blurry   The Sheffield table   Dirty Rotherham's table

   Me262  Lightning  Canberra  Corsair  Superb model of Warspite  T34 with some of teh best weathering I've ever seen!    I still refuse to believe these are paper lol!  P51  JAGD Panther  My own Sherman Calliope Diorama!!!! On display on the Flory Models stand, another forum I'm a member of.
