Need help with travel mode

For some reason if I click on travel mode, I am close to land, I can't go into time compression. I am using The Wolves of Steel mod (no real navigation installed). The default settings in the CFG file are:

TimeStop=0
RealTime=1
LandProximity=1,64

I thought that if travel mode is on, I can go to 64 TC?

Any help is appriciated

But it doesn't for me. If travel mode is on I can't go higher TC than 1.

Maybe you've edited wrong Main.cfg file?

I followed the instruction and updated the main cfg under: (Documents/SH5/data/cfg)

I am at a loss. I still can't go faster than 1 TC.

EDIT: It looks like TC is not working at all for me. I started a Historic Mission to start out in the open ocean and I can't use time compression here either.
Anyone has an idea how to fix this?

Maybe you should check install instructions one more time and reinstall the game...Check my sig for "how to report an issue". If you expect help, you should provide more details.
