I didn't think the Americans had any carriers or am I missing somethings?

US have 2 carrier types in game: Bogue and Casablanca.

Not as good as the other moon binoc shot a few pics back but there is something about the moon that makes you usually take another look.

Catalinas's attack, 25 Km from Lorient. April 1943.

This time I'm using thumbnails, sorry for my last big pictures.

Look at these three bombs.

One Catalina has been damaged.

The three bombs are already into the water. They have not exploded yet.
The physics of this simulator is astonishing.

They missed for a few meters. But this attack had killed my two flak men

Some really cool pics here! I like the aircraft battle shots, looks like a lot of good action there!

I edited the previous sub surface shot with more spray, as well as a peaceful type of shot of a sunken old ship near an island.

Okay, here we go. This is my best screenshot. It's been editted a bit with Photoshop. Actually, about 15 1/2 hours of Photoshop, by my stopwatch.

Every element in this picture comes from SHIII screenshots, with the exception of the Kaleun, which I had to pose for, there being very few photogenic U-Boat commanders in my neighborhood, if any. As a side note, I felt very, very uncomfortable putting Nazi insignia in the image -- I only represent myself in the photo in this way because I needed a captain figure, and in no way should this be construed that I am affiliated with that particular political entity.

Just for the sake of comparison (in case anyone is interested), this was the original image from SHIII that it took me 15.5 hours to convert. I thought it looked a bit too brightly lit and, for lack of a better word, lonely.

Type941, how did you get that sunken ship pic to look so... tropical?

Just playing with color filters in photoshop, you can have some pretty cool results. Here's the same exact place, but different color set up.

I like the tropical effect though, came out pretty good.

Here are some more I liked.

Beached, running away from a torpedo.
