You say you have Paintshop? If it's Paintshop Pro 7 you can go to Effects and use one called Old Newspaper Photo. It's quite easy.

Oh No Steve it is just the "paint" that comes with the computer. LOL. I cant download any of these great software programs anywhere? Thx IRISH ill try it out

i use photohop and paint shop.

The only thing that bother me are those vertical lines. I would´ve make them less visible. Not much, just a little bit.
