Default Why are the ships' skin white?

Dear sirs,
I carried some ships from SH4 to SH3. I changed the ships skin dds files into tga files. But the ship is all white, no skin is found in the sea.
What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Everything that you are trying to do has already been done by someone. I'm sure. All ships have long been converted from SH4 & SH5. Now it's WoW's turn to turn them into SH3.

That's pretty crappy answer to the question.

I'd suspect you did not do things properly.
Send a link to just one Unit and I can direct you to what did wrong.
