Default Adobe to take 9% of Silent Hunter Online revenue?

Looks like Adobe is going down the Apple milking route with its game development software fees.Probably the final nail in the coffin for poor old Flash and a sizeable loss of revenue for Ubisoft.

Don't understand why they didn't make a stand alone client like other pay 2 win titles like Tribes, MW2, World of Tanks, etc. That way Adobe wouldn't take a cut and we'd have external views to mess around with. Oh well.
