Looks promising, as for me ive gone back to my trustie Norton 360 AIO suite. Nothing ive tried beats this gem *puts on helmet waits for incoming* I stopped using it 2yrs ago after fees was used up and tried many freebies in between. Decided to put this back on cause its so trustworthly just "Set and Forget". Norton is well known on some systems to be nothing but cpu hoggers if you need to try a good nortons product grab the Nortons 360 AIO suite pretty much cheap these days. Once i put this on and did a full scan nortons found plenty of malware which antivirus software like Nod32, AVG, Avasti, Avira & Comodo all seem to miss. Just incase they weren't false it even gives you the best info on the virus/spyware it finds.

I hear the same from others that putting one AV on after another found this and that. Avast found things Norton did not catch. It is all strang really. I have Avast now, use Defender and the firewall. I do not surf oddball sites and have not picked up any malicious virus every. Knock on wood!

PS, Norton is ok. Works fine on my girls computer

hey! I dont surf oddball site! Im pretty safe where i surf and what sites i go too. Subsim and a few forum sites. It comes down to sharing apps with friends from burned cds is the cupprit most of the time they're safe now and then i will get the one that has some trogan or spyware in a zip file.

Or in other cases even apps that are considered safe like Veoh that app is nothing but malware now, its going all downhill either that or the addons that come with it Nortons found a trogan in Veoh I google it and its rated low but still its a trogan.

Anyone else notice that many of these apps now come with yahoo toolbars, search engine toolbars, phlishing toolbars etc and the list goes on., that they want to install to your pc its just a legal way of throwing in a bunch of tracking app trogans. A good antivirus will tell you the truth about them.
