Is there a way to get the Deck Watch to automatically all go to the berthing area on the Type IXC when a crash Dive is called away? Getting away from Europe is fraught with aircraft homing in on radar!

nope.
this is not SH3.
you must move each crewman.
on a positive note....you can press F7 (crew mgmt) then Pause (bksp) and move any crew around while at Pause. this kinda-sorta emulates your crew moving on their own for a crash dive.

... and you really should move them, and the gun crews if placed, if you expect a depth-charging or bombing, since those external positions are "un-armored" and the crew members are much more susceptible to injury unless you bring them indoors...
