I never learn, fighting it out with more than one Anson...

And then I zigged when I should have zagged
Only my flak gunner was killed as well as minor damage to most of the boat. The boat did nearly capsize, but it could have been so much worse...

Wow, that's an incredible picture, KeptinCranky!

If you were on the bridge at that moment, I wonder what you would've seen... I've been lucky not to see anyone die on my watch -- so far.

If I'd been on the bridge instead of hovering 50 meters off with the camera running you mean?

I'd probably have seen a bright flash and then there would be this tall dark stranger saying: "MY, MY, MY, WE'VE BEEN A BIT CARELESS HAVEN'T WE?" (<-discworld joke)

my WO was on the bridge and he did survive, I gave him a medal when we got home

I love the way the neutral ships have their lights on and their spotlights pointed at their flag.

he cant resist the shiney oiled torpedo's.

the germans has hidden the truth about premature explosions in the tube

its just a Bernard figure humping it!

good one Jim

Seth,
Concerning Bernard and explosive decompression of the toilet....if that is the case, I really don't want to know what the inside of the boat might look like
