If it ain't a Photoshop thang, I wanna know what mod gives ya those victory pennants off the 'scope.

Thanks!, Mod is a good name.. They are more or less... i think 5-6 Mods were made in one Package, for a while i started to collecting nice additions from supermods, or other little Mods that we're "Not" compatible with GWX. And than i finally know how the system with Silent3Ditor works, and summarily tried to get all Mods in one Package. Those Screens show you that i was succesfull and they work with GWX, even after long corrections.

As i have already written above, but i think the "Flag" and the "Pennants" were contained in WAC.

Actually only the two german big harbours and St.Nazaire have been reworked with original models. All other harbours do also have new models like lighthouses, pier wall or sub pens, but Kiel and WHV do really stand out in that case with these new 3d buildings.
