Default Asus 580 GTX

Just brought a new Graphics card. My old one a ATI 4780 X2, went up in dust a few months back.
Took a couple of months to save up the required funds. But i will finally have my rig back up and running.
When i take delivery of this shiny new beast tomorrow.

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...14&subcat=1812

Though i just noticed that the price is now £15 pounds more than i paid for it a few hours back.

Proper job on the 500 series. Could spot the improvements from the 460.

Just had one of these bought for Christmas, went to install it and to my disappointment and horror my current PSU is not good enough to run this monster card so now I am wondering which would be good PSU to get so that I can get this to work.

A Corsair 650TX or bigger should do the job. I have one running my GTX 560Ti. They're nice PSUs that come in a little cloth bag like a bottle of Crown Royal.

The newer cards need PSUs that can put out a lot of amps too, not just watts, in some cases I've seen cards call for 30 amps!
