USS Columbus, Los Angeles Class Attack Sub, on patrol, in the South China Sea!

The unknown sub is a Han.

Launching a stealth torpedo at the Han, which is traveling at 16knots. At that speed, the Han might not be able to launch a torpedo at the Columbus.

Launching a second stealth torpedo.

The Han has retaliated by launching a fast torpedo in the direction of the Colombus. The speed, range, depth, bearing and course of the incoming torpedo are acquired. The Columbus launch a Torpedo targeting the incoming Han Torpedo. The objective of this maneuver is to detonate the Columbus torpedo within a range of 200 yards of the incoming torpedo, so the blast will destroy the Han Torpedo.

Both Torpedoes are destroyed. The Tactical display range was decreased to 5k to follow accurately the timely destruction. As a result the two stealth torpedoes passing over the Han and turning searching for their target are invisible on the display.

While the 2 stealth torpedoes acquired their target, the Colombus launched a fast torpedo targeting the Han. AS the Fast torpedo closed to the Han, the 2 stealth torpedoes hit and destroyed the Han.

The Captain of the Columbus commands detonate the fast torpedo. The wire was broken. The Torpedo will not come back to hit the Columbus, and it will not acquire the biologic, but will run out of fuel and explode.
