Default Screenshot albums

Hey, I remember Neal mentioning that there is a way to keep our albums of screenshots hosted here on Subsim - but I can't for the life of me find it! My photobucket accounts keep running out of bandwith, so I kind of wondered - maybe I should just keep my shots here. For one I'd rather donate to Subsim again than pay for Photobucket membership

Where is this feature and how may I find it?

It wasn't that long ago either

I'd suggest you search Neals previous posts or PM him.

Go to the user control panel, among the links on the left somewhere near the top is one for Pictures & Albums.

Thanks, found it!

Yikes, I wish it was easier to upload multiple pictures though. It's rather cumbersone if, like me, you like to spam whole batches of pictures at a time in threads. And the limits are a little restrictive

Handy for smaller picture sets though, thanks!

I've never paid Photobucket anything. Been with them for years.

Oh. Read about your bandwidth problem. I've never done that either.

Yep, same. But I just run a rather large album and often spam dozens of pictures in threads/photo logs. If they're as popular as, say, the SHIII/IV/V screenshot stickies, what happens is that the bandwidth limit on Photobucket hits and it locks the pictures for days at a time. Kind of a hassle.

I only have two servers, you know Not sure it will help if people gorge the hard drive with massive numbers of jpgs. The Album section is there for your (everyone's) pleasure, hopefully it won't be abused (I am not referring to you or anyone in particular).

Oh no, thanks by all means for it - just that I saw it mentioned and wondered how to use it. It's not a feature I'd expect in the first place, so it's already an awesome little bonus by default

Your probably better off using ImageShack because whilst you can save your stuff you don't have to save it to before your able to view it, also, you are not constricted to account size limits.

Question: does anyone know if there is an overall limit on the amount of space a certain member can use for posting screenshots?
