SH5: Bugs, glitches, and issues thread

Hey guys, first post although I could have sworn I signed up to these forums a few years back.
Anyway I have an issue I would like help with, I have Sobers Mega Mod list installed (minus Real Nav) and get some shocking underwater views if using the external camera. Does anyone know which mod could be causing this please? I like to track my torps and watch ships sink lol.

Just disable this one - North Atlantic Green 1.1



EDIT: if not help try to disable this one too - sobers_realistic_underwater_FX2

Thank you for the quick reply Can get back to mastering Manual TDC now

OK I disabled it, its got rid of the green tint as the name would suggest and this makes it easier to track torps above water, however its still really really blurry underwater. Any ideas?

Thanks for the welcome guys. One more question, I was playing my first proper patrol today and on the way to the UK coast I used some TC, but instead of it coming out of TC when spotting an enemy ship at a decent distance like it used to for me in SHIII, it did it when the ship was basically ramming me and Depth Charging me :/ is this a mod thing, bug or something else?

Im debating whether to drop sobers list for now (it has features I like) and use the beginners one on a different thread lol.

1. Look at your settings in the main.cfg located in the Documents/SH5/data/cfg
2. If you're using NewUIs by TDW try to look the interface settings via OptionsFileEditorViewer located in the NewUIs/data/Applications

Hey guys, Im getting the docking problem but I cant fix it
I am midway through the 1st campaign (the one after the tutorial) and need to refit, I have tried 4 different ports, I have tried pressing Shift-Z when in the ports and have even tried going into the sub pens but absolutely nothing is working :/
Has anyone got any other ideas?

Have you tried to click the anchor icon?

the one that normally pops up isnt there, and I have tried clicking the ones on the map.

[EDIT] Restarted my PC for something else and just reloaded the save - its popped up now :/

If you're using NewUIs 7.2.0 test it's a known bug.. have a look at the penultimate page of the NewUIs thread..
