Yes Kylaina's shot is extremely sweet, and really shows those nice open drain slots nicely. Yet another of thos nice little details never before seen on our virtual subs. Not only are they open, but dang you ca see clear through to the other side.
Like I said earlier, it's hard to convince someone it's not real when you show them a photo print of them.

Thanks for the comments! That's actually the 4th take of that shot, and seeing through the drain slots was exactly what I was going for.

but those drain shots are unreal aren't they? So deep into the substructure there should be a pressure hull and compartments? surely?

Yes, the top of the pressure hull would have made seeing through the lower line of holes impossible i would have thought? plus the top line would be difficult to see through due to the fact that it contained various things, including the external torp storage?
but I expect he had used his externals?

but the screenshot is very nice

There you can see the pressure hull inside the boat, how it's just below the drain holes.

Nice Screenshot 7thSeal , This is my first Water Flooding inside the Silent Hunter 5 , well done and very nice flooding , perhaps a bit of more noticeable small waves on the flooding water surface can be added later to enhance the flooding visual effect
