Not all of them. Afaik many were already there by 1941.

I think that's the one in Bordeaux, which was built in 1942 (correct me if I'm wrong).

Awesome video, too. I love how the water really looks like water, and how the part of the sub that's underneath the surface is so clearly visible, but still looks realistic.

Granted the sub doesn't seem to handle the water realistically, and the water doesn't behave 100% like water, but it's a huge improvement over SHIII and 4.

True. It doesn't really ride the waves like it should.
