Help needed!

Ahoy, I´ve been playing SH3 for a few months now, and I need help with a "bug".
Yesterday my game crashed while i was doing an attack (thankfully I had saved not long ago) but when i came back, my sight was like this(see imagehttps://imgur.com/a/INmlc62), both scopes are like this, but the UZO and the binos work just fine, also this happens in every boat and in other campaigns and missions.
I have a few mods installed so it may have to do with that, I need help fixing this as its pretty hard to make anything out and make good solutions.
