Poor visibility, it was very difficult to understand what was going on around.
And the worst thing is that the enemy seems to have millimetric radars, laser telemeters and night viewers.

It is simply called "Old Liner" and I think it is part of the Grey Wolves pack. Looks remarkably like the Titanic, though smoke is coming through all of the stacks so it must be loosely based.

I came across one sailing into New York and it sunk with 1 torp due to thin hull plating must be.

Yeah I met it while crossing the Atlantic in 1941. The damage model on it is off...hit it with a single torpedo and the entire ship exploded.

2 weeks in the same area in Oct -39. U-51 will be the Britt's prime target for a while.
