What do you mean, exactly? Most of the game elements take some practice, but are not difficult. Can you list an example?

I was astounded to see the wonderful complexity and faithful rendering of diesels and electrics. I foresee absolute mayhem as we learn to not blow out all the lights and send newbies to reset the circuit breakers with the current still on! Oh what larks we'll have! It should make for an interesting game, as it'll slow down the process of diving and make Skippers have to think ahead more.... really looking forward to it!

Any thoughts on modelling the crawl-space around the batteries to bridge cracked battery cells, and animating the (noisy?) reloading of torpedos? If so, getting the reloads from under the floor in the forward torpedo room, and modelling that space when the deck-plates are removed might be interesting?

Not on the list for the near future. Time to move on to the campaign.

Default Single player

Are there any serious presentations of single player options and gameplay
(possible simplifications of internal procedures ?)

Building up a few resources as I progress through these. There was a nice Helmsman's Guide. Anything for the Dive Officer? Looking for some pics with labels for the various gauges and dials. I may just end up doing some screenshots and labelling these myself

Just taking the dive officer exam.
It's wrongly spelled Pappenburg gauge instead of Papenberg

Also, there's questions around the "Dive Safe" Panel for the advanced exam, that panel isn't even in the game yet, how are we supposed to know that?

Another mistake in the advanced dive officer training:
10. To "ride the bubble", you may blow up to ____________ of water from the MBTs.
Answers are either 5PSI or 5cm3, correct is 5m3

Even if you don't play this game, the vids, exams and other information is very helpful as
far as understanding the overall management-operation of a submarine

Very well done and still developing.
