And this one is particularly interesting because it offers, let's just say, a somewhat "different" point of view...Sadly only in German with Croatian translation...If anyone could fine this documentary with English translation, that would be really great...
Both added to the list

So, the choice is about making marine life to be wrongly reported as ships, or not be reported at all. I think most modders (me included, as far as the whales are concerned) decided for the second option, because if the player had to rely exclusively on his own eyes and hears, he would hardly spot those animals.

Making the crew not to report them should be an easy tweak though
Thank you very much Gap for the reply and the advice

Default Yet another update

EDITED:

I'm uploading new update (No. 16.8) with several fixes and improvements. Check link in my signature for detailed changelog and install instructions.

Also note that players who are already using update No. 16.5 can enable this update anytime (in port or patrol) without issues...

Ive been checking, and it seems that the real navigation version that you uploaded with 16.6 is missing ssome folders namely menu, submarie and terrain.

Of course it is missing some files...It contains only updated files for "real nav" addon which comes with the main megamod archive... It's an update...

Default Ships Journal Advice

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding tutorials or "how to's" regarding saving/editing the Ships Journal? Tried the to search the forums and looking through the TWos documents but have found only scant info. I seem to have a lot of entries that are doubled or quadrupled so I assume that I'm using the incorrect procedure saving etc. Any advice/info would be appreciated.

Third reposition this "Atlantic Air Gap" patrol (AK6662) and haven't fired a single shot in anger. I can't believe that not a single ship has wandered into our path for this entire patrol. Last patrol was the same until a radio contact had us doing a 10 hour run at flank speed to intercept a large convoy which we managed to sink 9 large merchants and a Dale class oiler for a total of 66,980 tons.

Better believe it.
I spent last patrol in Atlantic gap with not a single convoy, just few small merchants.
And this is how it should be, most of uboten, didn't fire any single eel for whole carrier.

I guess I just got lucky. Intercepted a troop transport convoy, 3 torpedos fired and 3 transports sunk for a huge amounts of tonnage (about 52000). Now stalking a large convoy. It sure is happy times
