I am no smoker, I hate the smell of cigarettes, and I liked that in poublic places and restaurants there is a smoke ban. Also i want insurrance companies not needing to pay for treatments smoke-induced health conditions. But this health facism by the government goes too far. New Zealand's Corona reigme already had me frowning. Wndering what come snext. Medicaitons in the tap water, to help psyhcolgoical stability and public well being?

When she failed, another brilliant intellgirenc ebast from the Germna Greens tried to at least make the Germna parliasment bannig n them for all Germans in Germany. Her webpage was a collection of esoteric health myths and homeopathic miracle claims. Brussel said No, but the reason is worrying, they said they cannot do it during the pandemci due to lacking personnel. I wonder what they would have done if there would not have been Corona occupying their law and health staff.

In the new German government there are quite many people, namely from the greens, but also from the SPD, who symphatize with the banning of meat eating. First it should become excessively expensive, and if that does not help to make the people comply with vegan ideology, it should be prohibited.

When the German ministress Julia Klöckner back then went to brussels and demanded the EU commission to ban the selling of supplements (of course in other words, but this is what the intention was), the EU commission said that in order to fulfill all the law-work and bureaucratic formalities to make lists when supplements have a therapeutical relevance and at what doses, plenty of staff would need to invest plenty of work hours into this, and that was not possible currently because the first wave was high and the EU had other things on mind currently than to take on this additional workload to prepare the prohibition of nutriton supplements in effective doses. But if there would have been no pandemic, maybe this proposal by the Germans this time finally would have gone through. They desperately fight for it.

Its not the first time the Germans try to acchieve this on EU level. Germany has a strong history of antroposophic pseudo-science, esoteric health mysticsm, the movement of the naturalists, the Nazis' obessions with healthy bodies being maintained by only natural means, nakedness (FKK), homeopathy, and other esoteric and simply anti-scientific nonsense like this. In no other Western country, I read at least, the demonization of supplementation is so strong like in Germany, and the agitation against it is parts is so pure demagogy. I touched upon this repeatedly in various health-related posts and topics over the past 18 months or so, haven't I. That the quality of our harvested field fruits and vegetables in the past 100, 120 years has seriously degraded and the content in micro nutrients partially dramatically vanished, gets almost completely ignored. Apples for exmaple have, depending on the harvesting area and the apple species, a loss of certain vitamines and minerals of up to 80% over apples harvested at the time of the first world war. Farming soils are so eroded and the microbiomes have been so intensely sterilized by excessive use of fertilizers and chemical agents that they can not as efficiently restore chemical balances and mineral contents anymore as was the case before intense monocultural mass farming. And so the quality of food harvested, declined. In case of wheat, genetical manipulation led to the genome of wheat changing dramatically in a very anti-health related fashion, plus humans are in principles not fully evolutionary adapted to consuming grain/cereals at all, our guts ALWAYS react with inflammation to it (and that is true for EVERY human), its just that usually we are strong enough that our body can deal with it and keep it on a level where it escaped our awareness.

Germans usually do not care for these facts, they are driven by the sentimental belief (as so often) that if they live like in what they fantasize to have been the good old days and eat only what is green and has been harvested by their own bare hands with sweat on their forehead, its automatically good and healthy and all things will be good again. That is naive, and part of what I so often call the hysteric romanticissm of the Germans.

When certain esoertic stupids want to ban supplementation, its in principle their demand that all others have to bow to their superior ideological belief of how eating and medical treatment should be seen as. They want to ban anything else because themere existence of the other's way already puts themselves into doubt. And when people do not want to obey, they must be forced. Totalitarianism in no way is an exclusive privilege for right-leaning dictatorships and religious autocracies only. The left's but also the moralists and do-gooders and collectivists and their willingess to enforce their oh so superior ways by totalitarian means I fear as much - if not even more.

Do you understand German, maybe? I may have posted these two videos before last year, possible, but I am not certain. If you happen to understand a few words of German, enjoy this. Its a doctor and professor who mercilessly demasks the absurdity of of this demand, as it was raised in this case by Renate Künast (Greens) last autumn (she proposes a walk at the fresh air and homeopathy as general cures). If you can understand it, enjoy this, and have a good laugh. The professor is not only humours so that you can enjoy him, but he also is, as I said, merciless in ripping the mask off and depicting the ugly face of pure stupidity under it. All laughs are at Künast'S cost, well-deserved. This women is haunting German politics and killing my nerves since over 30 years now.

I think the answer is very simple.

*Every* elected official and *every* bureaucrat need to be removed and replaced by random lottery.

The people who *want* political office aren't anyone that should be trusted with our best interests in mind.

Wanna smoke up and kill yourself? Be my guest. The *only* results that NZ will see will be a drop in tax revenues and a jump in organized crime.
