I imagine this is why Biden was telling a graduating class of black college students the greatest threat to democracy is white supremacy. Doing so, seems like Democrats were trying really hard to keep my brothers them on the plantation. Problem for the racist Democrats is they made themselves out to be the white supremacist threat after they posted Trump’s mug shot.

Donald Trump and his team are considering having the ex-president not appear at his upcoming arraignment — the first time the ex-president has missed one in all his criminal cases.

According to sources, Trump may waive his arraignment appearance, which is currently scheduled for September 6 at 9:30 AM. All criminal defendants in Fulton County have the option to waive their personal appearance.

Rudy Giuliani’s arraignment is scheduled for 15 minutes after Trump’s hearing. Sources told CBS News Trump has yet to make a decision.

Trump’s legal team will appear in court for him if he decides to skip out. At the arraignment, the ex-president or his lawyer will enter his plea. Many of the 18 co-defendants in the case have waived their formal arraignments and entered not-guilty pleas, per reports.

"Rudy Giuliani was just hit with major default judgment sanctions by a federal judge in the Fulton County election workers Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss defamation case."

The judge has ruled in favor of Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss as the result of Giuliani's continuing failure to provide court requested documents. The case will now move straight to damages. Goodbye Rudy.

Yep, they getting old. Feinstein, McConnell, Biden all suffering from significant mental and physical decline. But the people who have rode their coat tails are just trying to preserve their jobs. Instead of these people being allowed to retire gracefully, honorably. They are propped up and used to preserve the party and other vultures taking advantage of them. IMO it’s akin to elder abuse.

I think if you look at the situation honestly you gotta wonder just who the hell is running the country?

There needs to be drug testing on Politicians. Sports have that to avoid cheating. Why not those that have positions of power?
