Where is the periscope mask??

Want to edit a few things in the german periscope view but I can't find the graphic anywhere

In 1.4 the US periscope mask file was easlily recognizable, but now I fail to find the german one....can someone help?

Also, are the american and german interface boundaries defined in the same menu.ini or are they in different files?

Two files for U-boat: ..\Data\Menu\Gui\Periscope.dds and
..\Data\Menu\Skins\German\Gui\Layout\Periscope_Mas k_1024.dds
