Alfa characteristics in SCU/SCX IIc

Does anyone know where the file is located for SCU/SCX IIc that lists the operating characteristics of various subs? Back when I had another username (damn board will not let me recover my password and I have known Neal for years) I was able to alter the operating depths of various subs to my liking.

Second question, other than Nefarious Koel's mission for the Alfa at Bill's site, are there any other missions with the Alfa as the playable sub? Thanks

You need scedit1074. I don't know where, or even whether, it is still available - maybe on Bill's site?

It's not the most user friendly tool in the world, but it does let you take a look at all the boat's characteristics in detail.
