Yes Catfish, it's Ivor Novello, died back in 1951. - Welsh!

In the film "Zulu" he's with the 24th Foot...a Welsh regiment.
But I don't think he's Welsh. Great actor Nigel Green. Iconic roles. Loved him in "Fraulein Doktor" as the Head of the Kaisers Intelligence Service.
