Some artistry and wiring to the yard fence posts is also required; as in the past, earthquakes have toppled the 6'+ high wall-of-wood, completely bocking a potential escape route from the house and damaging the stucco. The real pisser is: it's an official Spare-the-Air day in California, so I can't actually burn anything incl. burgers on the grill!!

Went to buy a tree today and found our usual place wasn't selling trees this year and the next closest place wanted $90.00 to $200.00 a tree. I'm not ever going to pay that much so no tree this year.

I'm quarantined in my room until Jan. 1 because I had to get tested for COVID since I started displaying symptoms on Thursday, my entire family had tested positive last week and I was the only one who tested negative, but now I think I have it!

) i'm living the dream life in my room because I don't have to interact with my brothers and I don't have to do chores! my mom bought a bunch of snacks that don't need to be refrigerated and she gave them to me, so now I have a bunch of cheetos, chips, pretzels, and popcorn in a container in my room.

I do need to go out of my room occasionally for natures call and dinner, but we eat it socially distanced

though in a while i'm bound to get bored of constant subsims and movies, not very excited for that to happen.

the covid test came back positive. I have a fever, my nose is all stuffed up and feels really dry, then I randomly get these periods of nausea that go away after a while.

I'm pretty sure this will go away before or a little after New Years', shucks it doesn't seem so long ago that I was celebrating the ending of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 with some good friends. Sadly that won't happen anytime this New Year'. 2021 will be better!

And yes, I get to play What-a-Squirrel with no restrictions!!
