SH5 and TWOS

Hello Installed SH5+TWOS on my new pc everything installs perfect but I have got the common problem.I have two overlay's on the menu screen and cannot get rid of it.I have installed and reinstalled at least 5 times and read all the forums on the problem.this is the image I have on my screen
I would be so gratful if anyone can help want too play SH5 so much...

R U running win 10 or 11?...and did U install Uconnect befor reloading program to atone for Ubusoft's desertion of support?
