688i No Sound Solved

The problem is that when you download the game off of the web you get an SFX.agg file that has 0 bytes in it. What is needed is the original sfx.agg file for this game along with a way to make the Midi and Movie files work as well. To start off with, does anyone have the original sfx.agg file for this game? That will solve the sound problem with effects. Not compatibility mode. Anyone? Someone in here posted a link to the original sound files but as of today it is outdated and no longer contains the all important sound.rar files. If anyone can help you will be a hero for Janes Combat Simulations 688i Hunter Killer.
