Trigger Maru download

Hi All, at the age of 67 I have started playing my first PC game - SH4 1.5
I am loving the whole experience. I have tried to download the big gauges mod and the Trigger Maru mod. I always get the "slowdown cowboy" feed back so I wait awhile and try again. Then i get the message that I have exceed the daily download limit - even though I have not managed to download anything!
What am I doing wrong?

You need to attain some 'credit' by making some posts on the forum, then your allowance will increase. Go to 'General Topics' and post a few jokes, funny pictures, photos of glamorous women (no nudity please) or chat with Eichhörnchen in 'The Bilge'
