Stormy Weather...?
I understand that in ColdWaters there is no strong wind or storm lasting 1 to 4 days, except for a drizzling rain?
Can something like this be made in a future expansion? (I'm sure that's a huge job...) EDIT: I should have put this text in MODS WORKSHOP FOR COLD WATERS. So sorry
