This looked like taking forever lol I was off track due to the colour, only looking for a boat with a white hull that sank, this black anti-radar coating effectively removed it from my radar for some time

At work now, will post some new riddle this afternoon/evening (GMT)

I admit i do niot exactly know what this "handle" is, but it is no handle for sure.
I take it is better not to be touched, epecially when in use!

You are probably right but it looks like there a wooden handle in the end of this arm. That's why I thought it was used to regulate fluid example gas.

Hmm do you mean the very small horizontal "lever" at the right side of the "arm"? This indeed seems to have been a handle to rotate the whole arm along its axis, though there should be another one to turn or direct it around the vertical axis.
