Just bought Gato today and it is huge, the Hull is 52" long, comes in 3 sections, gonna start buidling tommorow

Got one. It saved me having to scratch build one and I'm going to use David Merriman's upgrade RC kit and my own design WTC.
Take a look at the David Merriman cabal reports on his build as well as Brain's. We are all good friends and the link is to my forum I created last year. Enjoy the build folks. Really cool stuff to R/C the Gato,thanks for the link.Only experience I have is building and racing fast electrics a few years back, now I race R/C sailboat.
I will post some pics of build progress as soon as I get a contraption to take pics and load to my PC, afraid I'm not much of a photographer

just finished mine yesterday.ok,im not a expert modeler, however, i took about a month to build it and did use a airbrush.im very happy with it.the quality of the tiniest parts are superb.right down to the clear compass lens the size of a pin head ! it really is an amazing model.i found mine for 75.00 delivered.-jem.
