Do the Langley!
It's based on a Sister Ship of the USS Cyclops. Both Proteus Class Colliers.

Given You do the SH3 conversion? I will take your work (With permission of course!)
Then convert it for service in SH4 as a SeaPlane Tender as was it's roll in WWII

Scuttled after Japanese air attack off Java coast, 27 February 1942.

Of the 4 Proteus Class ships? It's the only one that didn't just up and disappear.
