The Quest for Crash Dive on a PC

I'm starting this thread for questions and suggestions on getting Crash Dive to run on Win 7, using an Android emulator. I am checking to see what's available. So far, I found this

Before you install Andy
You need to verify that your CPU supports Virtualization. In order to do this, we
recommend a program called “CPU-Z”. This little tool will give you a lot of information

I see that my laptop does not have AMD-V or Intel VT-x in the “Instructions Area”... So my laptop may not have the proper video hardware to run the emulator. I will try my desktop later...if I have time before I have to go out on the road again.
